Operating a fully compliant facility is a significant undertaking and one that COMSEC has considerable skill, knowledge and expertise. Facilities management includes everything from faults and repairs – and liaison with contractors, to compliance related utilities issues such as gas and electrics. Other issues such as legionella monitoring, testing and prevention, asbestos management and safety, securing new builds or refurbishments and allowing a smooth transition. In addition, the front of house hospitality which crosses over with facilities management includes the preparation of meeting rooms, stocking of printers, copiers, drinks dispensers, the meeting and greeting of guests and management of parking – can all be taken care of by trained COMSEC staff.
Security checks on staff
COMSEC can offer you comprehensive DBS checking on staff and even security interviews if required. We can offer this as a stand-alone service or as part of an integrated solution. Our security checking service can be used as part of your HR procedure, or as a stand-alone ad-hoc service when required.
Our security officers can act as fire marshals for any evacuation drills or tests, and in the event of an actual fire we will ensure that the processes and procedures are fully safe, compliant and efficient.
